[Notice] Revision of Terms and Conditions

Thank you very much for using Hyundai Department Store Duty Free.
The membership terms and conditions have been changed, so I'm informing you as follows.
■ Reasons for Change: Abolition of the Personal Information Validity System due to the revision of the Personal Information Protection Act
■ Application date: September 15, 2023

According to Article 29 section 16 of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information Communication Networks, Hyundai Department Store Internet Duty Free shall separate personal information of a User account that is inactive for a certain period (i.e., absence of log-in records for a certain period of time), from other active accounts. Such inactive period shall be categorized as 1/3/5 year(s) or termination of membership based on the User’s preference. Personal information and service usage information of an inactive member shall not be used or provided to a third party, except when required by relevant laws.
