All Korean or non-Korean citizens who are confirmed to be leaving the country are eligible.
When visiting a duty-free branch, the individual who is scheduled to leave the country must make sure to have his/her passport on hand as well as a flight ticket (or e-ticket) with the holder’s departure date and time and flight number.
Purchases can be made up to 90 days before departure date.
Foreigners may, as already outlined by Hyundai Duty Free’s policy, purchase and receive Korean products on-site up to 60 days before their departure date.

Visit Hyundai Duty Free’s Pick-up Location at the airport

Duty free purchases must be picked up from the designated pick-up location.
Purchases that are not picked up before departure may not be picked up upon arrival and cannot be mailed to the customer’s home address.

Present passport and boarding pass

Only the individual who made the purchase may pick up duty free purchases.
If the departure information (passport number, name in English, nationality, etc.) of the individual is different from that of the purchasing individual, pick-up cannot be completed. Please make sure to enter the correct information in advance.

Confirmation of purchase (signature)

Please check the product name and quantity upon pick-up. If there is any discrepancy, immediately inform the employee on duty.
Hyundai Duty Free does not assume any responsibility for products after pick-up or departure from the country.

In case of a cancellation or change of departure information, please make sure to inform Hyundai Duty Free’s Customer Center of cancellation/change three days before the original departure date.

The departure date may be changed to any date that is within 180 days of the initial purchase date.
The flight may be changed to one that departs within 90 days of the date on which the change is made.

Cancellation/exchange may not be permitted if the value of the product has noticeably decreased due to its use, passage of time, or partial consumption by the customer; removal of product price tag; damage of product’s label or constituent components; or loss of one or more constituent components.
If the product is inconsistent with the content of its advertisement/written depiction or is faulty, it may be exchanged or refunded within three months of the pick-up date, or 30 days of the awareness of such fact, or date that the individual could have been aware of such fact .
Exchanges may only be made if the purchased item(s) is in stock (in the case that the item in question is sold out, a refund will be processed).
Refund or exchange of products that exceed the $800 limit may only be processed if the purchasing individual returns the product(s) to customs when re-entering the country.
Products that are not picked up are automatically canceled one month after the customer’s departure date. The coupon and/or mileage used for the purchase may not be restored.
